Churmundo (Churmi laadu)

Churmundo (Churmi laadu)-by Deepa Pai Prabhu

Ingredients:

1 cup Wheat flour, ¾ cup sugar (Powdered fine), ¼ tsp Elaichi powder, ⅓ cup ghee.

Method:

Take all the ghee in kadai. When it is hot, add wheat flour and roast on low flame untill you get nice aroma. Turn off the flame. Add elaichi powder, sugar and mix well. When the mixer cools down completely make undo (laadu).
