Masale Taaka -by Shashikala Nayak
Serves Four People
Ingredients
yogurt 1 cup
For Masala (Adjust masala ingredients according to your taste)
green chilli 1
ginger 1 inch
jeera 1 teaspoon
curry leaves 1 strand
corriander leaves small bunch
asafoetida (hing )1/4 teaspoon
sea salt to taste
Method
Grind all the masala ingredients into smooth paste. Add 1 cup of yogurt grind again .
Add 3-4 cups of water and grind again.
Drink after a heavy meal.
