Modak

2 cups Rice flour1.3/4 cups boiled hot water

Filling
1 1/4 cup grated jaggery 
2 cups fresh grated coconut
1 tbsp poppy seeds                                                                                      
3 spoons cashew pieces 
1/2 spoon cardamom powder                                                                                  
Ghee 2 spoon for mixing the flour

Method 
Mix hot water into rice flour without any lump 
Add spoon of ghee
Cover for 10 mins and keep

Take a pan melt jaggery add coconut poppy-seeds cashews cardamom powder

Let it cool

Take modak mould grease with little ghee

Put rice mixture press to the edges of the mould

Put jaggery mixture

Open the mould

Steam modaks in a steamer on a banana leaf for 10 minutes
