Preparation:

½ cup peanuts, red chilli (according to spiciness), 25-30 curry leaves, ¼ cup Hurikadle, 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, ½ cup maida (all purpose flour), 2 cups rice flour, 2 tbsp hot oil, salt to taste

Method:

Dry roast peanuts and coarsely powder with hurikadle. Roast red chilli and curry leaves in little oil and coarsely powder. Dry roast maida. Mixx all these together. Add sesame seeds, rice flour and hot oil and mix well. Now add water little by little and make like a chapati dough.

Make small ball and flatten them like little puris with fingers on a parchment paper. Take oil in kadai and deep fry until dark brown or crisp.
